I know I have just put up a bucket list, but I do feel I should see the 7 new wonders of the world at some pint in my life as well. Maybe I can call that my sub bucket list. I have already seen 3 out of the 7 so that qualifies for a good start, or a good excuse to travel and see the rest. Just to excuse myself I would like to point out that some of the pictures are a little bit old, i took them before I got a digital camera so I had to take a picture of the picture in order to get them in this post.
1. Taj Mahal, Agra India
I went to India in 2007 and one of the things I got to experience on my trip to New Delhi and Ludhiana was a trip to Agra to see the Red Fort and Taj Mahal.
2. Christ the Redeemer, Rio de Janeiro Brazil.

4. Petra, Jordan.

5. Coloseum, Rome Italy.
Now here I've been and I had a digital camera at the time, so the picture quality is not that bad at all. Rome is a city everybody have to experience at least once in their lifetime. It has everything, and then I mean everything. Read my post on Rome here
6. Chichen Itza, Mexico

7. Machu Piccu, Peru

Spectacular 15th-century Inca site located 2,430 meters above the sea in the Cusco Region in Peru. Now this is a place I've always wanted to visit and I'm a definitely going to walk the Inca path to get up there (you can take a bus as well).
So when am I going to get started on finishing this little project?

I'd love to visit all of these- I've only seen a few. Great list!
SvarSlettI've only seen a few as well so I guess I have some work to do if I'm gonna complete this list and my bucket list :)
SlettRome for sure is on my list, and The Christ Redeemer ...except Brazil has gotten the not safe to travel stamp it seems, so maybe...not? Italy is high on my list of places to travel, have you been there? Awesome pictures by the way. Gonna fill my coffee cup and hit one more of your blog posts, then do some walking through others.
SvarSlettI have to go to Brazil some day, but as you say it has gotten the not safe stamp so when I go there there are some precautions that I will have to consider. Like don't wear jewellery, kind of expect to be mugged at some stage and so on. Rome is really great, I have only been there once but would love to go back. I have also been to Venice and Verona on a football tournament when I was 16, so don't remember much of that, years ago! I have also been to Milan, and in June this year I am going to the Tuscany region for a wedding so we are going to spend two weeks there and travel around a little bit. Really looking forward to that :)
SlettMmm, mange flotte plasser!
SlettThat's a great list!! Next on my list will be Petra, I've longed to visit there so much! :)
SvarSlettThanks for sharing!!~
I've been to Rome & the Taj so far, Rome was great - the Taj, maybe not so..
Still, everything's an experience!

I do agree with you on the fact about Rome and Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal has been ruined by tourism, that is actually very sad because it is a wonderful place, building, castle, mausoleum, with a great story :)
