So where am I going.........

 

I had a blog post about a month ago where I was wondering where to travel to in October. Well after looking into a few things we found out what to do. It is actually something very relaxing, I don't have to plan anything during the trip, someone will drop us to the places we are going to, I will visit 4 countries within a week and there is a lot of stuff happening all the time and I can choose if I want to participate or not. Also if I want, I can do different activities in the different countries or I can relax on the beach. Sounds like a great holiday, yeah it will be and it is, believe it or not, a cruise.    

Stockhom weekend

Jente tur til Stockholm en helg er ikke å forakte i det hele tatt og det er absolutt noe jeg kommer til å gjøre igjen. Vi var 3 jenter som reiste i forbindelse med en konsert vi skulle på, Pharrell Williams, og da ble det jo en weekend tur på oss. Det hele startet i OSL loungen på Gardermoen.....

/Girls trip to Stockholm for a weekend is a brilliant idea. We were three girls who were going to Sweden for a concert, Pharrell Williams, so we made a weekend of fun out of it. It all started at the airport lounge at Oslo Airport..../ 

Top 5 destinations to revisit

Some places you are happy with visiting just once but some places you really want to go back to simple just because you can't get enough. So when booked.net asked me to post my top 5 destination that I would like to revisit as a part of the Top Destination to Go There there was no doubt in my mind that I would do that.This mostly based on the fact that if I was the one who were looking for somewhere to go I would definitely consider a place a travel blogger would like to revisit. There is no other travellers that are more critical of places that travel bloggers and if they would like to go back it must be good.

Norway top 7 must see

Norway is a extremely beautiful country and I think a lot of people agree with me when I say that this is a gem when it comes to travel, adventure and experience. There is a reason why Norway as a tourist destination has gotten so much attention in the international media over the past years. This is a dream destination, something I haven't learned to appreciate until I was way pas my twenties. Anyway, there is so much of this beautiful country I call home I want to see and I think a share this bucketlist with many people.  

/Norge er et utrolig vakkert land og det er nok mange som enige med meg når jeg sier at dette landet rett og slett er en opplevelseperle. Det er ikke uten grunn at Norge som turist destinasjon har fått så mye oppmerksomhet i utenlandsk media de siste årene, dette er nemlig for veldig mange en drømme destinasjon. det har tatt meg noen år og det er ikke før i mitt "voksne" liv jeg har lært å sette pris på mitt eget hjemland og faktisk ønsker å feriere og oppleve alt Norge har å by på. Hvor mange av oss har ikke en lang list over ting og steder vi gjerne vil se. Jeg vet i alle fall at jeg har en liste jeg virkelig håper at jeg kan oppfylle en dag, blir litt som en innenlands bucketlist dette her./

Sopot - Poland

Jentetur til Sopot i Polen en helg, det kan jo ikke bli feil! Her er det bare å pakke kofferten, hyle nedpå et par glass og sette seg på flyet og la helgen begynne! Sopot er nemlig en utolig hot destinasjon for tiden.

/Girls weekend in Sopot, Poland, this just can't go wrong! Pack you suitcase, throw back a few glass of wine and get on that airplane and let the fun begin. Sopot is the hot spot at the moment./

Where to travel in October?

Når kveldene blir mørke, og man kjenner kulden begynner å smyge seg inn, løvet fra trærne er nesten borte og man begynner å undre når den første snøen skal komme, da skal jeg forsvinne! /When the evening is getting darker and you can feel the cold is sneaking up on you, the leaf from the trees are almost gone and you start wondering when the first snow will arrive, then I'm going to disappear!/

Lucca - Travel Tips / Reisetips

/Lucca is a small city in Toscana, about three and a half hours drive from the international airport in Rome. What makes Lucca so special is the great city wall that surrender and hide away the city from its surroundings. What is even more spectacular is how the wall have been kept and that it still looks much like it did when it first was built. Behind these city walls you will fins a very traditional and rick Northern Italian city that increases amongst the tourists every year./ 

Lucca er en liten  by i Toscana, ca 3 og en halv times kjøretur fra den internationale flyplassen i Roma. Det som gjør denne byen så spesiell er en unike bymuren som fortsatt den dag i dag er nesten like robust og inntakt som den en gang var. Bak denne bymuren skuler det seg en meget tradisjonell og rik norditaliens by, som opplever mer og mer turisme for hvert år som går. 

GoMore, en liten revolusjon innen transport

GoMore ble startet i Danmark i 2005 og ble raske en ledende portal for samkjøring. I 2011 ble dette prosjektet relansert etter at man fikk nye og flere samarbeidspartnere og siden den gang har det bare vokst mer og mer. Det er kanskje mange som ikke har hørt om GoMore eller vet helt hva dette er, så her kommer en forklaring på noe man rett og slett kan kalle for en revolusjon innen samkjøring og transport.

How many countries have I been to?

/I would say I have been to 50 countries, but not everybody will agree with that. Anyway, I have travelled a lot and I will continue to travel for as long as I can, there are so many places I want to see, and I'm just getting started./Jeg vil regne det som 50 land, men det er kanskje ikke alle som er enige i det. Uansett så har jeg reise en del og jeg kommer helt klart til å forsette med det, det er så utrolig mange steder jeg vil se her i verden, men jeg er også takknemlig for det jeg allerede har opplevd. 

Firenze / Florence

Firenze, eller Florentia som den heter på Latin, er regionhovedstad i Toscana i det nordlige Italia. Byen bærer et stort preg av den gamle italienske renessansen, med storslått kunst, kultur og ikke mins arkitektur. Hvor enn du går finner man fantastiske bygninger som oser av historie og minner om hvordan byen var i middelalderen. /Florence, or Florentia as it is called in Latin, is the capital city of Tuscany, which the northern region of Italy. This old Italian city has a significant history, culture and architecture, and it is also considered the birth place of the Renaissance. Florence surrounds you with beautiful buildings and the history of the city is easily imaginable when you look around./
